REFUNDS & CANCELLATION
At Dyota Weddings, we have a transparent and fair refunds & cancellation policy in place to accommodate any unforeseen situations.
Refunds & Cancellation Policy
1. Wedding Planning Services:
- Cancellation: If you need to cancel your wedding planning services with Dyota Wedding Planners, we kindly request a written notice as soon as possible. Please note that a cancellation fee may apply, depending on the stage of planning and the services already provided. The specific cancellation fee will be outlined in the contract.

- Refunds: In the event of a cancellation, refunds will be processed based on the following guidelines:
- If the cancellation occurs more than 90 days before the scheduled wedding date, a partial refund will be provided, minus any non-refundable deposits and incurred expenses.
- If the cancellation occurs within 90 days of the scheduled wedding date, no refunds will be issued due to the extensive planning and commitments made by our team.

2. Bouquet Sales:
- Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your bouquet order, please notify us as early as possible. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery may not be eligible for a refund, as the flowers may have already been prepared or dispatched.

- Refunds: Refunds for bouquet orders will be considered based on the following conditions:
- If the cancellation request is received more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery, a refund will be issued, minus any non-refundable deposits or processing fees.
- If the cancellation request is received within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery, no refunds will be issued due to the perishable nature of the products and the preparation costs involved.
Please note that all refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Dyota Wedding Planners and Bouquet Sellers are committed to providing exceptional service, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs while adhering to the stated policies.
