 Welcome to Dyota Wedding Planners! By engaging our services and purchasing bouquets from us, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding:

Services and Products:

a. Dyota Wedding Planners provides wedding planning and coordination services, as well as premium quality bouquets for purchase.

b. Our bouquet selection may vary in availability, colors, and flower types. We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and visuals, but slight variations may occur due to seasonal availability or artistic interpretation.

Ordering and Payment:

a. For bouquet purchases, please ensure accurate delivery information is provided during the ordering process.

b. Payment for bouquets must be made in full at the time of ordering.

c. For wedding planning services, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due according to the agreed-upon payment schedule.

Cancellations and Refunds:

a. Bouquet orders: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Refunds for cancellations made within this timeframe will be provided.

b. Wedding planning services: Cancellation of services must be made in writing within the agreed-upon timeline. The non-refundable deposit will not be returned, and additional cancellation fees may apply.

Delivery and Shipping:

a. Bouquet deliveries are available within our specified delivery areas. Additional charges may apply for delivery outside of these areas.

b. We will make every effort to deliver bouquets on the specified date and time. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or delivery challenges may affect the delivery schedule. We will communicate any changes promptly.

Liability:

a. Dyota Wedding Planners shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of our services or products, except where legally required.

b. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions or allergies caused by the bouquets. Please exercise caution if you have known allergies to certain flowers.

Intellectual Property:

a. All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. They may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission from Dyota Wedding Planners.
